Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park Development Co Ltd, the developer of the industrial park, was jointly set up at the end of 1993 by Wuxi Municipal Government and Singapore Sembcorp Technologies Industrial Corporation. Since May 2002, it is a Wuxi 51%: Singapore 49% joint venture, with a registered capital of USD 86million and total investment capital of USE 258 million. In 2007 end, the company started to restructure and target to go public in domestic market . Company Vision: build a international hi-tech industrial park, focus on investors’ demands and build itself a leading industrial park developer.

   Outstanding Archievement:
   Up to the end of 2007, WSIP altogether invited 88 foreign-invested enterprises, with contract foreign capital USD 2 billion and USD 1.6 billion of paid-up capital. There are more than 30 enterprises in WSIP whose investments are over USD 10 million, including Seagate, Donaldson, Panasonic, MURATA, Sumitomo, ALPS, Hitachi Maxell, Mitsui, Infineon and MTS and other well known companies. Over 40,000 jobs are provided. Total sales and exportation are RMB 40billion and USD 4billion respectively and self-exportation accounts for more than 25% of the Wuxi city.
While making contribution to the society, the company grows up and turns mature as well. In the past decade, 30,000sqm was built up and leased to our tenants. In year 2007, the company cooperated with Suntect Power Co, Ltd. to invest and construct Suntec Photovoltaic (PV) Park.

   Rated as Best Technology Industrial Park in terms of comprehensive investment conditions among 25 leading parks in Asia-Pacific Area three yeare in succession by Corporate Location of UK.
   Central government leaders Wenjiabao, Lichangchun, Wuyi, Lipeng, Lilanqing, Weijianxing, Rongyiren, Songjian visited and spoke high of the park.
   Harry Lee Kuan Yew, Minister Mentor of Singapore, visited the park in October 1997 and was pleased by the park’s development.

   History of Development：
   The First phrase(1994-2002), mainly in charge of Singapore side, drew on foreign advanced thoughts on development and management of hi-tech parks; successfully introduced a large number of famous international companies, thus built a good image of the park.
   The Second phrase(2002-2006), mainly in charge of Wuxi side, transformed from park development to park management, therefore made a change for the better company performance.
   The Third phrase(2007-present), entered a new phrase of expansion development, on the basis of traditional industrial property, expand the practices of logistic property, commercial and civil real estate development. It is planned to increase the renting area of 100-200 thousand square meters of tangible property each year, and attain the target of going public within 3 years.
